Plant Medicine Integration Guide

The Other 50%

Your journey to lasting transformation begins with you.

So you’ve participated in a plant medicine ceremony and now you’re back to your daily life. What’s next? Now comes the most crucial part: Integration.

Congratulations on completing the first 50% of your journey! Give yourself a well-deserved pat on the back 👏.

But remember, the remaining 50% is even more vital.

In this guide, you’ll find tools and recommendations for self-care as you move forward. Choose the practices that resonate with you. Self-care can be challenging and will require willpower to integrate into your daily routine. You don’t need to do everything, but it’s essential to adopt some of these practices.

The ceremony is just a part of the liberation and cleansing needed to gain the strength and clarity to move forward. What lies ahead after the ceremony is the most beautiful part of all.

Ceremonies mark the beginning of a new you, a new way of being.

The integration is where the new you really starts to shine!

Integration is about learning more about yourself, free from some of the burdens of the past.

Today is the day that you commit to yourself and to love. 🙌

You have within you right now, everything you need to deal with whatever the world can throw at you.

Don't overcomplicate things

Integration is a simple process. Unfortunately, many people try to overcomplicate it. Albert Einstein once said, "If you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough." Here we are going to explain it very simply.

It's helpful to think about it very basically: there are some things that you should be doing, and other things you should not be doing. If you satisfy this, everything will go well.

The goal is to transform and find a new way to live.

Moving Forward

Call to action

Now is the time to change. Not next week, or even tomorrow. Now. If something you are doing isn't serving you, then stop doing it. It is as simple as that.

If eating hamburgers makes you feel bad, then stop eating hamburgers. If watching TV all day leaves you feeling tired and grumpy, then stop watching TV all day. Start to notice what you are doing throughout the day and how each activity is making you feel, both while you are doing it and afterwards.

  • Don’t fall prey to old thought patterns and negative thinking.
  • Leave the past in the past.
  • Don’t allow things and energies to accumulate and be carried with you. If something comes up in a moment, deal with it right then and there and then let it go, moving forward in love and light and positivity.

Remember this very easy spiritual teaching: What is, is.

Dive deep into these truths and you will see your life change. Study it more and more in meditation and in your nature walks.
